Raspberry Acai Cocktail Recipe
Sometimes my busy days of daycare drop offs, a desk job, and maintaining this blog can leave a lady craving a sweet treat. I had the opportunity to have a girls’ night out in Miami (of all places!) two weeks ago, and it was the refreshing time away that I needed. I returned home rejuvenated and ready to reconnect with friends and family. Up next on my social calendar? A Girls’ Night IN! While I love a fancy night out, I crave time at home. I love to host outdoor parties, and I created an easy cocktail that is perfect for your next backyard soiree with your ladies using Trop50.
Trop50 Raspberry Acai has 50% less sugar and calories than 100% juice blends, and there are no artificial sweeteners. I thought this would be the perfect base for a bubbly girls cocktail.
Meet the raspberry acai cocktail. A bit of bubbly, a splash of wine, and Trop50 Raspberry Acai make this cocktail both fruity and refreshing.
Don’t forget the fresh strawberries. Those are key to infusing extra fruit flavor into your sweet sip.

I wanted to create something that would be refreshing for summer, yet also offer a bit of fizz. Fruity, fizzy cocktails are my specialty, so I knew I needed to include sliced fruit and something sweet to complement the amazing flavor of the Trop50.
This recipe is EASY and quick to make. I suggest making this in a big pitcher and serving ice cold. Snag some strawberries now while they are in season, and invite some girlfriends over for afternoon drinks. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere, right?

It may have been the best little drink I’ve made on my patio in a long time.
