Need a quick idea for a classroom treat or want to create something colorful with your children? Go wild with sprinkles and candy in this St. Patrick's Day white chocolate bark recipe!

To get started, you will need white chocolate discs in a variety of colors. Look for light green, dark green, yellow-green, and of course, white chocolate discs. You can also use Lucky Charm cereal for added crunch. The clover hat marshmallows are a nice touch!

Mint M&Ms, rainbow sour strip candy, green sugar sprinkles, and green sprinkles finish out the ingredients needed for this dessert.

To prepare this dessert, grab four separate bowls. Melt each chocolate discs according to package directions. On a parchment lined cookie sheet, spread the white melted chocolate evenly over the parchment paper.

Sprinkle on the M&Mโ€™s, clover hat marshmallows, green sugars, green sprinkles and 1-inch pieces of the rainbow strip candy.

In three separate baggies, place each green chocolate and snip off very little of the corner. Pipe on 3 leaf clovers all around the white chocolate. You can mix and match colors and do some solid colors as well. Let dry!

Once dry, break apart or you can cut it as well. Enjoy or store in an airtight container.
