How to Create Citrus Mint Infused Water | Infused Water Recipes
Sometimes I wonder how people really “do it all.” Between commuting to work for eight hours a day, juggling errands and homemaking, and making sure our families are taken care of, sometimes I can feel run down. I know that I need to feel my best each and every day so that I can be the best version of myself. I need to feel energized, not stressed, and well-rested. After a long day at the office, I know what fuels me throughout my day–staying hydrated and getting enough rest! It is important to drink enough water throughout the day and have a restful night of sleep without worrying about nagging aches and pains. I want to show you how to feel your best with TYLENOL® PM and this refreshing infused water.
With daylight savings on November 5th, make sure to make the MOST of your day. Don’t ignore what your body needs. That includes staying hydrated, moving your body, and feeling well-rested.
I try to drink the recommended amount of water each day, but sometimes it can be tricky. I need to add flavor or fizz to my water to make it more exciting. One way that I like to drink water is ice cold with a dash of mint!
Not only does mint taste refreshing in water, but it adds a boost to my mood. So, when I’m feeling overworked or sleepy, a minty drink can perk me right up. To create this recipe, I also added citrus fruit for extra flavor.
