I try to drink the recommended amount of water each day, but sometimes it can be tricky. I need to add flavor or fizz to my water to make it more exciting. One way that I like to drink water is ice cold with a dash of mint!
Not only does mint taste refreshing in water, but it adds a boost to my mood. So, when I'm feeling overworked or sleepy, a minty drink can perk me right up. To create this recipe, I also added citrus fruit for extra flavor.
