The past few weeks I have been working with noosa® yoghurt to share how to enjoy what’s “noo” in your town or how to create a refreshingly new snack or breakfast idea. This pumpkin granola yogurt is the perfect fall snack or breakfast idea!
I thought the pumpkin flax granola would be a nice flavor, and it would pair perfectly with my new favorite yoghurt. This recipe is easy to make, and you can create these in a hurry. You could also make these ahead of time and have them available to you on busy mornings or for a workplace snack.
This pumpkin granola yogurt parfait is an ideal breakfast. Not only is it filling, but the combination of granola ingredients is quite tasty! Rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and there’s a touch of cinnamon in this product. Look for a granola mix at your local store or create your own!
Fill a parfait glass with pumpkin noosa® yoghurt about halfway. Add a thin layer of granola. Top with more yogurt. Garnish with granola. Stir and enjoy! Sprinkle a bit of extra cinnamon for flavor.
