This drink serves one, but you can easily double or triple this recipe for a crowd. In a shaker, add apple cider, pumpkin vodka, and pumpkin spiced bourbon. Mix well and pour over ice. Add a splash of ginger ale and garnish with apple slices.
Pinnacle Vodka makes a pumpkin pie cover, and there are a few others that you can try too. Burnett’s has a vodka in a pumpkin spice flavor along with Cathead Vodka too.
There are a few different bourbons that you can find. Great Lakes Pumpkin Spirit by Caskers, Ole Smoky has a Pumpkin Pie Whiskey, and there’s a Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon Whiskey.
