Do you love the tart taste of grapefruit? Whether you have one in the morning sprinkled with a little bit of sugar for breakfast or enjoy fresh fruit as a snack, this is one unique way to enjoy grapefruit during your next happy hour!
My favorite happy hour spot a few years ago would have $5 martinis. They had SO many different flavors and variations of classic cosmopolitans, so I knew I needed to try to recreate an old favorite. The secret ingredient in this? Well, it’s not so secret… Kinky Liqueur! I actually made another cocktail with this brand, and it was really good. I knew that the pink version of Kinky Liqueur would pair perfectly with fresh fruit juice!
Besides the pink version of Kinky, you need vodka, ice, and grapefruit juice!
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce of Kinky Liqueur
- 3 ounces of grapefruit juice
- ice cubes
- Add vodka, Kinky liqueur, grapefruit juice and ice cubes into a Martini shaker.
- Shake well and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
- Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.

It’s the perfect pink drink, and will certainly replace your cosmopolitan! You could also serve it in a tall glass over ice if martinis aren’t your thing. Enjoy this ice cold!
Enjoy the weekend! What’s your favorite martini?
