Easy Steak Salad

This post is sponsored by Press’d by Spectrum Culinary™ but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

We have been working at home more than ever, and our lunch and dinner ideas are getting a bit stale. We are finding ourselves in a rut, and we need to come up with fresh ideas now more than ever. Easy meals for two are difficult, and fast lunches are hard to come by! We don’t want to microwave a meal–we want to have a flavorful and filling dish! We heard about  Press’d by Spectrum Culinary™ Brand's new oils and knew that it would be a great fit.

We found Press’d by Spectrum Culinary™ Safflower & Avocado Oil (Saute Away!) at Walmart and we were able to use Walmart’s easy to use online grocery pickup.

This new oil is helping you have a healthier and earth-friendly diet. Let’s upgrade a boring lunch salad into something more fabulous.

Sirloin filets are best served when sauteed in Press’d by Spectrum Culinary™ Safflower & Avocado Oil (Saute Away!). We used fresh garlic and oil to sear in a pan to our liking.

You can pair these filets with vegetables or your favorite side, but we made sirloin salads. Prepare lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and your favorite salad toppings. Top with sliced sirloin with an extra drizzle of Press’d by Spectrum Culinary™ Safflower & Avocado Oil (Saute Away!). Toss, serve, and enjoy!

This is a MUCH better cooking alternative to butter and margarine. Your steak doesn’t need it.
