You can use it on hot dishes or cold dishes, like our recipe below. It pairs well with making sushi, marinades, salad dressing, or in your own creations. Plus, I like that it has zero fat and no calories. No guilt here!

- 1 lb ahi tuna, sliced
- 1 cucumber large, diced
- 1 Serrano pepper, diced
- 1 red onion small, sliced
- 6-8 stalks of bok choy, chopped and used for garnish
- 1 tsp fresh ginger minced
- 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 1/3 cup Mizkan vinegar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
- Prepare produce by washing and chopping.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. The tuna will cook with the lime juice and vinegar and be perfectly flavorful.

Want to add another dish to your dinner night? Make cucumber salad! It really is only five ingredients.
- 4 large cucumbers
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. Salt and pepper
Peel cucumbers and slice into thin strips. In a large bowl, mix cucumber, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Toss together. In a large mason jar or another airtight container, place salad and fill jar or container with vinegar and soy sauce. Seal jar. Marinate for 24 to 48 hours. The recipe makes four to six servings.
