Growing up in the south, we love our sweet tea. Milo’s Tea is THE beverage for summer meal entertaining and get-togethers, and you’re going to learn why below!
From backyard BBQs, birthday parties, or just with dinner, tea is a universal beverage to enjoy with others. I found Milo’s at my local Walmart in the refrigerated juice section but they are available in lots of retailers. Find a store near you by using the store locator. Milo’s Tea is available sweetened with pure cane sugar, no calorie, and unsweet options.
Since summer in Florida is oh so hot, we look forward to lazy afternoons on our patio with a glass of cold sweet tea in our hands. We infuse it with fresh fruit, but you can also take it up a notch with an adults-only sangria using sweet tea! We picked Milo’s Tea which is fresh brewed, features natural ingredients, and includes no preservatives or added acids.
It’s an easy to shake up cocktail when you start with Milo’s. First up, slice up your favorite citrus fruits including lemons, limes, and oranges. I like to use pineapple and strawberries too.
- 1 bottles of your favorite white wine
- 4 cups of Milo's Tea
- 1/4 cup of triple sec, optional
- 1 cup of sliced strawberries
- 1 cup of sliced pineapples
- 1 cup of sliced oranges
- In a large pitcher, combine wine, tea, triple sec, and sliced fruit. Stir until combined.
- Refrigerate until ice cold.
- Serve with ice and enjoy!

This sweet tea sangria has a refreshing fruity taste, and you can add your favorite flavors. Sangria is the BEST for July 4th BBQs, and you can make it alcohol-free if you want to serve to everyone. With Memorial Day and June’s National Iced Tea Month on the calendar, there is always a reason to serve tea.
