Ghost Pretzels
This recipe can make up to 30 ghost pretzels. Talk about a great party treat or addition to a family movie night!
Ingredients
All you need for this recipe are 30 Mini Pretzels, 8 oz white candy melts, and 1 package of Candy eyeballs.
Directions:
Start by lining a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
Pour candy into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for one-minute increments. You will want to stir between each session to avoid clumping. Repeat this until it is fully melted. (If you don't have a microwave, you can use a double boiler to melt it.)
Dip the pretzels into the candy. You will want to do this one pretzel at a time. Make sure to fully coat the pretzel and shake of excess candy melt. It is also important to make sure the bottom opening isn't coated in candy as that will be the mouth of your ghost.
Place the coated pretzel on the parchment-lined tray.
While the melted candy has not hardened, add the candy eyes to your ghost.
Allow the candy to harden completely and serve. You can add some variety to it by using fun display items to lay your ghosts out.

Halloween Food Ideas and Spooky Snacks
Make your favorite finger food recipes for trick-or-treaters this year! Surprise everyone and make sure your guests have a Happy Halloween!
- Candy for Halloween fun: Of course, you should have candy ready for all your guests! Look for trick-or-treat candy bags to prepare a party spread. Display candy by color or brand and have mini bags so guests can bag up their favorite treats.
- Tortilla chips and dip: Look for tortilla chips and simple dips like hummus in a fun flavor (they have chocolate hummus like brownie dip!) and cream cheese-based dips like buffalo chicken dip.
- Apples with caramel sauce or chocolate: I always see apple monsters trending this time of year, and it's a Pinterest-worthy snack that is perfect for sharing.
- Pretzels with melted white chocolate
- Popcorn balls or other sweets rolled in popcorn and candy bits
- Fruit kabobs with marshmallows and fresh fruit slices
- Pizza bagels: These can please everyone from kids to adults! Look for frozen pizza bagels (or make your own!) for your guests.
- Snack mix: We always make a spooky Halloween snack mix including pretzels, candy pumpkins, and even colored M&M's. Usually, snack mixes have just three ingredients! Candy corn is usually a featured ingredient, along with peanut butter M&M's and sometimes chocolate wafers.
- Deviled eggs: This is a party classic but also easy to serve. Prepare deviled eggs ahead of time to set out a party platter.
