Summer Mocktails: Grapefruit Lime Spritzer

It’s always a good idea to remember your non-alcohol drinking guests that are attending your parties. Not everyone enjoys the booze. I love the idea of serving a refreshing fruit spritzer instead of just the usual sodas. It’s the perfect non-alcoholic summer drink idea. They’re so easy to make, and everyone will love sipping them on a hot summer day.

Grapefruit Mocktail

This grapefruit lime spritzer can be perfect for baby showers (where the guest of honor obviously can’t drink), barbecues, brunches or even just for a relaxing weekend drink. I would love to be lounging at a pool drinking this cool concoction!

The sugar balances out the tartness of the grapefruit and lime while the sparkling water adds some fizz. I think serving a drink like this will make your non-drinking guests feel thought of too. Just because they’re not drinking the signature cocktail doesn’t mean they wouldn’t love a cute drink too!

Need other mocktail ideas? Visit my cocktails page and omit the liquor. 😉 Sparkling waters are one of my favorite mixers, and you can serve a bubbly drink with fresh fruit and simple syrups instead of alcohol.

Happy sipping!
