Not only does mint taste refreshing in water, but it adds a boost to my mood. So, when I’m feeling overworked or sleepy, a minty drink can perk me right up. To create this recipe, I also added citrus fruit for extra flavor.
I prepare infused water in a large pitcher of ice. I sliced one lime, one lemon, and used a handful of fresh mint leaves to add as well. Stir, sit in the refrigerator, enjoy!
- 1 large pitcher full of ice and water
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- 1 bunch of mint leaves
- Slice fruit and add to pitch of ice and water. Top with mint and stir.
- Sit in the refrigerator, enjoy!

You can make this on the go too. I take a jumbo tumbler with me to work to drink throughout the day. It helps me feel refreshed while also lets me hit that daily water intake goal.
