Rainbow Cocktail Recipe

To prepare this drink, you will need pineapple juice, white rum or coconut rum, water, grenadine, blue curacao, and ice!

Pour grenadine syrup into a hurricane or pint glass. Using a shot glass, measure out the other ingredients. A shot glass usually holds 2oz.

Fill the entire glass with ice. In a separate cup, mix pineapple juice and rum. In another cup, mix water and blue curacao.

Pour the pineapple juice/rum mixture into the glass with the grenadine syrup.

Pour the blue curacao mixture into the glass on top of that very very slowly – it helps to use a spoon.

Garnish with an umbrella or lemon slice – or both!
