EASY Cookie Recipe: Reeseโ€™s Peanut Butter Cookies

Let’s bake! If you want an EASY way to make Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies, try this recipe! It’s kid-friendly and perfect to share with your friends and family. If you love peanut butter as much as I do, you will find these to be delicious too.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients

To get started, you will need sugar, peanut butter, an egg, vanilla extra, and Reese’s Baking Mix (a combination of Reese’s Pieces and baking cups).

Once you have your ingredients, you can get started. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together granulated sugar, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract.

Scoop out dough and roll into 1 inch balls. Place cookie balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Slightly push down with a spoon to flatten. 

Bake cookies for about 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies have dried. Remove from oven and quickly add your Reese’s Baking Mix to the hot cookies so the candies stick.

Transfer to a cooling rack and let them cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
