Layered Taco Dip Cups Recipe
For a little fiesta fun, these 7 Layer Taco Dip Cups are delicious! Perfect for parties, the little individual servings provide everyone with their own cup. They’re filled with guacamole, beans, sour cream and cheese, then topped with all of your favorite taco toppings. Try this on your next taco night or Cinco de Mayo party!
Here’s what you’ll need to make these fun little cups.
- 1 cup Prepared Guacamole
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Salsa
- 16 oz. can Refried Beans
- 1 ½ cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/3 cup Black Beans
- 1/3 cup Green Onions, diced
- 1/3 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 6 Clear Plastic Cups (8 oz.)
- Optional: Lime Juice
- Tortilla Chips for serving
To make them, start with putting a layer of refried beans in the bottom of each cup.
Next, add a layer of guacamole, then a layer of sour cream, and finally a layer of salsa to each cup.
Next, sprinkle on a layer of shredded cheese into each of the cups.
Garnish with the black beans, green onion, and tomatoes by putting a few of each on top of each cup. Squeeze a bit of lime juice over each cup if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips.
