Easter Tea Party Printables | DIY Tea Bar

Last year, we celebrated Easter on the water. We had just moved into our new home, and we were thrilled to spend a warm spring day outside. This year I hope to host the holiday at our home again, but I want to introduce new traditions. As you may have noticed, I enjoy hosting events that encourage making your own drink or serving yourself. Not only is it easier for the party hostess, it's a lot more fun. For this year's Easter celebration, I'm going to set up a DIY Tea Bar.

To assemble my tea bar, I first started asking friends and family how they like their tea. I personally only drink sweet iced tea with lemon. I might get adventurous and order a fruity green tea once in awhile, but I prefer a large, cold glass of green tea.ย They helped clue me into other ways to sweeten tea and their personal preferences.

I added spring colored almonds for a sweet treat and had plenty of teaspoons available. Water was kept warm nearby in an electric kettle so guests could make their own hot tea easily.

As for iced tea, I let the tea cool off with ice, lemons, and plenty of sugar.

Plan to have several tea cups available and serve iced tea in mason jars or large tumblers. Garnish with lemon, of course. Green tea is gentle so many guests can enjoy participating in the tea bar. Even those who may not typically drink tea can find enjoyment in a glass of iced green tea. It is a light taste that isย invigorating.
