Our server gave us the run-down on why they use the best ingredients and how they have top-quality prime steaks .
Want a cozy family celebration? Opt to be seated at the dining room! The hospitality was top-notch with a charismatic staff, which made us comfortable and made sure we had everything that we needed. We knew we wanted to try the Classics menu, which is a pre-fixe 3 course menu. With so many choices from steaks to seafood, I loved being able to have the flexibility to try more than one option!
I opted for a filet with lobster, paired with a salad and a strawberry shortcake dessert. You can also try soup as a starter, too!
How can you resist a medium rare steak that uses Ruth’s Chris’ perfected broiling method? Each cut of USDA Prime beef arrives cooked to perfection and sizzling on a 500° plate! It’s just the way Ruth liked it, and I love it, too. It’s such a unique way of enjoying a juicy, flavorful steak.
