There’s nothing like breaking open a bottle of Prosecco at 9 am on a Tuesday. Gotta love the holidays, right? To continue on with a few bubbly beverages to celebrate the new year, here is a punch with a peach twist.
When the ball drops, I hope you will be drinking something sparkling out of a cute champagne flute. If not, you can at least toast to this drink all year round. I’m sure it will be a brunch favorite or perhaps a girls night specialty cocktail.
I used Cupcake Prosecco since it was on sale. Though, I do like it! Any of the Cupcake wines are welcome in my home. I also used a peach cider that my husband brought home from Georgia. If you can’t find peach cider, try using a peach juice.
With one part orange juice and one part peach cider, all you need is a bit of bubbly to top off your cocktail!
- Prosecco, chilled
- Peach cider or juice
- Orange juice
- Add prosecco to one part orange juice and one part peach cider.
