It’s time to party with the dragons! My son is kind of obsessed with How to Train Your Dragon, and we are oh so excited to see that How To Train Your Dragon 3 Walmart Exclusive DVD Gift Set is out now! With a NEW character (a female dragon!), we loved the movie themes of friendship and love. The visuals were gorgeous, and we loved following them on an adventure. Hiccup and Toothless show us love and friendship, and many people have “grown up” with this franchise. The latest release will be a welcome addition to the trilogy and get you in the feels for sure. My son wanted to grab Deathgripper and Grimmel as a special treat to celebrate his end-of-the-year report card, and we had so much fun playing along with the movie. You just love to hate Grimmel, and that’s why my son selected him!

To create our own celebration at home, we baked both chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. We used vanilla frosting and paired it with red sugar sprinkles and black and white sprinkles. Yes, the colors of Grimmel! 😉 To add dragon flair, we picked up a few extra dragon characters to add a little extra to our cupcakes. My little one loved to help, and the best part about these cupcakes is that every single one came with an extra gift since the cupcake topping can be saved and shared with your guests.
How to Train Your Dragon Punch
Celebrate the movie with a special lemonade punch. We used reusable ice cubes to add extra color to the drink, and we mixed cranberry, apple, and lemonade together for a fruity mocktail recipe.
