While I do love a good cup of coffee in the morning, I’m starting to realize I should diversify and add more vegetables to my diet. One way to do this is with a healthy green smoothie. Some of these combinations involve fruits and vegetables I never thought to combine! I never would imagine blending coconut and spinach together or how a tea green smoothie would be so vibrantly colored. Each of these recipes encourages me to get healthier and try to eat cleaner when I can. I’ve already purged my pantry of junk food, and I’m about to embark on another Whole 30 challenge. While smoothies are not usually looked at positively in the Whole 30 community (they would rather you eat your food and not drink it), I don’t think anyone can frown on eating more fruits and vegetables.
