Easy Raspberry Mimosa Recipe

It's Friday! We woke up to a killer rain storm, and we decided to hide out at home and relax today. No daycare, no work (well, just a “little” bit of work), no worries…except for my dogs who are nearly hyperventilating every time they hear thunder. It's the beginning of a great weekend. I can tell.

If it's a bit sunnier where you are, think about hosting a weekend brunch. I have quick brunch ideas, mimosa recipes, and easy ways to host a pool party with printables up on the blog. For something new, here is an easy raspberry mimosa recipe. I'm pretty sure I should just buy La Croix sparkling water in every flavor since I use it so often. Maybe I can plan a La Croix party?
