When I prepare my home for the festivities, I look to my nearest grocery store for their selection. Publix Supermarkets are nearby, and they have a variety of items that will make your time together extra special. One way to add flair to your holiday party is to serve breakfast. We like to encourage our guests to stay over after a long holiday, and waking up to a warm breakfast is a nice way to play hostess! We looked for Wright® Brand Bacon to pair with our breakfast dish.

Depending on the size of your breakfast party, you may need to tweak your recipe. We found that six eggs, 1 red pepper, half of an onion, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, a handful of cilantro chopped, and half a cup of shredded cheese can come together to create the perfect pairing for your bacon. We used about six slices of bacon as well.
To prepare this dish, heat up two medium sized skillets. Prepare bacon according to package instructions in one skillet. Scramble eggs in another skillet (or prepare how your family likes them!) along with your diced veggies. Garnish with shredded cheese and enjoy!
- 6 eggs
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 red pepper
- ½ onion diced
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup of shredded cheese
- Use a medium skillet on medium heat to prepare six eggs scrambled. Use another medium skillet to prepare your bacon according to package instructions. You can also choose to bake it if you like that method better!
- Add pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro to your eggs. Stir quickly.
- When eggs are cooked through, toss with shredded cheese.
- When bacon is done, chop into pieces. Add to your breakfast bowl or use as a garnish.
- Enjoy! Your total cook time should be 15 minutes or less!
