  • 6-8 tortillas, small
  • 2 cans Wild Selections Solid White Albacore in water
  • 1 cup monterrey jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 3 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper


  1. In a medium greased skillet, add tuna, paprika, salt, and pepper over high heat until fish is lightly sauteed.
  2. Mix cabbage, carrots, jalapeno, vinegar, oil, lime juice, garlic and hot sauce in a large mixing bowl to create slaw.
  3. Warm tortillas in oven.
  4. Assemble tacos.
