There’s more to an efficient work day than a clean office! Getting organized and eliminating clutter can help create calm surroundings, but we still need healthy snacks nearby! There are certain foods that comfort, calm, and can help relieve your stress while you’re working hard. Here are a few tips to help you keep healthy snacks in your home office to reduce stress.
The best work snacks are the ones that don’t require a lot of prep work. They are simple, don’t require any sort of heating up, and can be stored in your desk for easy snacking!
Healthy Work Snacks
Blueberries. High in vitamin C, it’s a fresh and easy snack to grab while you’re working. You might also like raspberries, strawberries, or sliced bananas with peanut butter.
Cashews. Nuts are great for snacking since they are filling, cashews are high in zinc! It helps improve your overall moods.
Walnuts. This is a brain booster that fills you up.
Dark chocolate. Yes, it can have health benefits. 😉 Calm your nerves and have a piece of dark chocolate.
Oatmeal. Try making overnight oats or a pumpkin granola for a filling fall snack.
However, you can’t forget to hydrate!
