I partnered with my friends at Megan Media and Tropicana for this post. The opinions and ideas expressed here are my own.
Are you looking to exercise and feel healthier? Finding time to exercise regularly and creating an exercise plan can be difficult to manage–especially if you are a busy mom! I’m talking today about how to create a healthy to-do list for your busy life, and how to learn to #BelieveInYourGut!
How to Create a Healthy To-Do List:
Start small. Small steps every day can add up to big change over time! The key is to get started. How can you make a healthy lifestyle your reality? Do you need new running shoes, workout clothes, a gym membership, or perhaps special exercise equipment for your home? These beginning steps can give you the motivation to follow through on your larger long-term goals.
Stock up on healthy essentials. There are certain products that you can add to your daily routine that will help you feel your very best. Your gut isn’t just what leads us in the right direction, it’s the key to our overall health and wellness. I recently discovered Tropicana Probiotics which helps get more probiotics into my diet because they’re delicious, accessible, nutritious and convenient – which means you can achieve your best self. New Tropicana Probiotics is a 100% juice with probiotics and no added sugar or artificial flavors.
I feel good after every serving of Tropicana Probiotics. The juice delivers over one billion live and active cultures to your gut, as well as your whole day’s vitamin C…and then some! Tropicana Probiotics combines nutritious ingredients that make healthy choices easy and delightful – and brings probiotics to the mainstream juice aisle. You may be busy, but you’re not TOO busy to make sure that you are fueling your body with items that nourish you.
I found all three flavors, Strawberry Banana, Pineapple Mango and Peach Passion Fruit at my local store. Tropicana Probiotics is available in multi- and single-serve sizes, next to other refrigerated juices nationwide.
Make it fun! Create a fitness bucket list with exercises that make you laugh and get you excited! Maybe there’s a new park that you want to hike or a fitness center with a super cool sounding class. Look for a buddy to take with you or find a fitness group on Facebook. Try kayaking or windsurfing! Maybe you want to try dance class or break out your 90s roller skates. I assure you that there is an exercise that will satisfy you and fuel your body!
Work on your mindset. Maybe the word “exercise” doesn’t excite you. Call it something else! Feel grateful that your body has the capacity to exercise or that you live in a climate where you are able to explore parks, trails, and walk outdoors. Make your time a priority and commit to a healthier lifestyle. Add it to your Google Calendar so that you get an alert to get up and get moving.
