Whole 30 Shopping List
The key to Whole 30 is shopping for fresh vegetables and fruits along with meat and healthy fats. BJ’s Wholesale Club makes it easy with a walk in produce area. My favorite produce for a Whole 30 are:
- Romaine Lettuce
- Sweet potatoes
- Brussels Sprouts
- Butternut Squash
- Spaghetti Squash
- Potatoes (my favorite are red potatoes!)

As for meat, I like to look for organic and all-natural options.
- Chicken and Pork
- Fish and other Seafood (wild-caught if possible)
Don’t forget to stock up on eggs (since Whole30 is a big eggs in the morning fan!).
Other items you should have for cooking include coconut milk, coconut oil, olive oil, ghee, mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Double check that the mustard doesn’t have sugar!
I also like to look for tomato sauce for veggie pasta (make “zoodles” out of a zucchini and top with all-natural pasta sauce and chicken or beef!).
