Thanks to Orchard Supply Hardware for inviting me to visit their selection of items including these holiday themed displays! #OrchardFlorida
It is no surprise that since I live in Florida I love colorful holiday displays. Coastal ornaments, lots of blue and white, and nautical decor. When I toured Orchard Supply recently, I had to share a few photos that highlight awesome ideas to decorate your own home for the holiday.

Creative Christmas Decor Ideas
Splurge on a few key ornaments. We usually have those plastic colorful balls since we have dogs AND a toddler. However, to “tie it all together,” we splurged on a few statement pieces for our tree. Glass ornaments at the top of the tree are certainly safe, and some of these have a LOT of detail. I am in love with this colorful mermaid!
Go pre-lit artificial to save time (and energy!). I used to be team real tree, but I am all about artificial trees that are either flocked or include lights already. The detail that an artificial tree can still have is what does it for me. Not only is it friendly on the wallet, you can use it year after year without a lot of fuss. Time saver!
Try a flocked tree. The extra splash of white on this tree is just gorgeous when paired with the rustic look of those pine cones!
Skip a star. Go for a top hat! This top hat adds a bit of a unique touch to this VERY festive red tree that is full of berries, ornaments, and plaid.
Stick to a theme. This vintage Santa holiday display is the best! I love the collection of “vintage” artwork with Santa figures. This pairs nicely with red lanterns and those storage chests.
What’s your Christmas tree style? Do you go for real or artificial?
