I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Rubbermaid. I received product samples to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.
Since I’m packing my son’s lunch for school now, I have been scouring Pinterest for cute ways to add a bit of a surprise to the process. I remember being young and thinking how cool it was when my classmates had a special treat or a note packed inside their lunchbox. Now that I’m a mom, I want to share that same excitement with my son! When I pack my son’s lunch, I use Rubbermaid’s Lunchblox. Not only does this simplify the process, but I’ve been able to surprise my son each day!
First off, this Lunchblox is so handy. It includes an ice pack along with three separate containers. Rubbermaid food storage containers are easy to find and use. They also keep food fresh longer. It’s so easy to have well-portioned meals on-the-go.
The Lunchblox is 100% BPA free and is microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. I love how easy it is to pack lunch with this product since the containers snap together! The entire container fits nicely in my son’s lunch box, and there are measurements on the sides of each container to help with portioning.
Sweet Lunchbox Surprises
1. Write a note. There are tons of free printables for lunch notes online, but you can also keep it simple with just a handwritten note with a few stickers.
2. Add confetti.
3. Or, perhaps sprinkles.
4. Try cookie cutters. Turn boring sandwiches into works of art!
5. Pack a healthy treat. My son is all about fresh fruit right now, so I know he will be thrilled to see this!
6. Stickers. We decorated his Lunchblox with fun stickers and name labels!
How do you surprise your children during lunchtime?
