How do you start your day? If you’re anything like me, you fire up the Keurig and wait patiently for the caffeine to brew. While I do love a good cup of coffee in the morning, I’m starting to realize I should diversify and add more vegetables to my diet. One way to do this is with a healthy green smoothie. I seem to have trouble eating my spinach, so why not drink it?
I love the idea of “green monster” smoothies or “green machine” shakes. Whatever you call them, they’re packed with fruit, vegetables, and can help boost your energy. Are you ready to eat clean?
