Are you looking to exercise and feel healthier? Finding time to exercise regularly and creating an exercise plan can be difficult to manage–especially if you are a busy mom! I’m talking today about how to create a healthy to-do list for your busy life, and how to learn to #BelieveInYourGut!
How to Create a Healthy To-Do List:
Start small. Small steps every day can add up to big change over time! The key is to get started. How can you make a healthy lifestyle your reality? Do you need new running shoes, workout clothes, a gym membership, or perhaps special exercise equipment for your home? These beginning steps can give you the motivation to follow through on your larger long-term goals.
Stock up on healthy essentials. There are certain products that you can add to your daily routine that will help you feel your very best. Make your time a priority and commit to a healthier lifestyle. Add it to your Google Calendar so that you get an alert to get up and get moving.

- Find 1 exercise you LIKE doing.
- Walk daily.
- Print out small exercises to hang in your office or spare room. For example, 25 jumping jacks in the morning and at night or stretch for ten minutes before bed.
