With Earth Day tomorrow (April 22, 2017), my family and I are planning to celebrate with an outdoor festival, a farmer’s market trip, and a few activities to teach my son about the environment. He knows about recycling since he can separate what is recyclable versus what isn’t, and I think for a four-year-old he is more aware than I was at his age. Besides awareness, Earth Day is about making environmentally-conscious decisions about the food that we eat. To get started, combine tuna with caesar dressing instead of mayonnaise. Add Old Bay seasoning, sliced tomatoes, and salt and pepper.
- 1 can of Wild Selections Tuna
- 2 tbsp caesar dressing
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 pint of sliced cherry tomatoes
- To get started, combine tuna with caesar dressing instead of mayonnaise.
- Add Old Bay seasoning, sliced tomatoes, and salt and pepper.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
