Set a hard bedtime: If you know exactly what time you have to wake up in the morning, do some math and figure out a steadfast bedtime exactly 8 1/2 hours before that. Bloodshot eyes, yawns, and a foggy brain are all very painful throughout the day.
Cut out the late night snacks: Like most of you who like to have a little snack when you get off work, I would raid the fridge or cupboards for a quick snack. While this is perfectly normal for someone who clocked out at 5, I’d be doing it like a Gremlin after midnight. Junk food has a bad effect on my skin, so it is important for me to not eat sweets. Acne is pretty painful, so no snacks at night can help.
Use insoles: High heels can be painful when worn all day, but you can wear special pads hidden inside your shoes for added comfort. It’s a small step that can save you from blisters in the long run!
