Salads are one of my favorite sides dishes or lunches to make, but I sometimes am far too lazy to chop up fresh vegetables. I also seem to stick to the classics: lettuce, tomatoes, carrots. I wanted to experience something new, so I was happy to discover Eat Smart Salads.
If you want to add more vegetables to your diet, you can try one of these superfood salads. The Beet & Green Superfood Salad is a simple to make salad kit that comes LOADED with delicious toppings.
It was a bag full of kale, beet greens, broccoli, red chard, red cabbage, cooked beets, feta cheese, golden raisins, and white wine vinaigrette. I was so happy to open the bag and finding golden raisins. Can you believe I’ve never tried them before?
Once my salad was ready to go, I enjoyed it! It was a fast solution to a busy weeknight, and it was the perfect accompaniment to our dinner entree. I had this with my husband, and we both loved how fresh and healthy it was.
They also offer single serve salad kits! The Eat Smart Super Food Gourmet Vegetable Salad Kits offer sophisticated blends of six or more superfoods and include everything needed for a delicious salad. Perfect for those looking for innovative, convenient and healthy eating options that are easy to integrate into busy lives.
