It’s official. I launched an online program! Surprise! I may not have exactly been very vocal about it, but I was busy behind the scenes with a group of beta testers figuring out just how and WHAT to do. I knew I wanted to create a safe community of like-minded bloggers who wanted to connect and share their work. I also wanted to distribute resources and tips that have helped my little blog grow into something much more than an online space. Meet Bloggers Get Social.
I’ve been doing this for over five years both for my own blog and for corporate clients. Creating a website and keeping it updated (along with the never-ending social media promotion) is exhausting. It takes away from your personal life and there are no set work hours. You can spend all of your free time growing and marketing your blog. I’ve been there and I know how you feel. All you need is a supportive group of bloggers, an accountability partner, and someone to help walk you through a few tricks to grow your website without wasting any time. I’ve tried nearly every app or social media network for a blogger there is, and I’ve come through the other side with a clear idea of what works and what doesn’t. Don’t waste any more time trying to review a product without compensation or getting a guest post on a blog that won’t give you any return traffic. Bloggers Get Social is an online community of entrepreneurs, writers, and creatives who are looking for focus and innovative topics to grow their blogs. It’s about monetization, support, and getting sh*t done.
Every business day for three weeks (that’s fifteen days!), there will be a daily email with tons of information about a specific topic. There will be additional materials (think videos, printables, and a few surprises), and the Facebook group will be active with new ideas and questions posed by both myself and our community coordinator.
You will have the chance to read and absorb the information, participate in our discussion, and complete the daily challenges.
Get organized with over twenty pages of worksheets, calendars, and planning tools to grow your website. We will use these planners throughout in the class and you will leave with a solid foundation as to how to manage your blog going forward.
I’ve personally been using these planners to help stay organized. While you can use them on your computer (since they’re editable with Adobe!), you can also print them out. I have mine in a discbound notebook that I reference throughout the week. You can see more of my blog planner online here.
